Product Description
The rig's maximum drilling depth is up to 900 meters, the maximum hole diameter 105~445mm, can match the different application like geothermal projects, exploitation of groundwater, hydro-geological exploration, piling in foundation and some other projects.
The whole machine is advantageous with a more powerful lifting, bigger output torque, higher working efficiency, flexibility, as well as better stability etc.,
Features of Water & Geothemal Well Drilling Rig
1. Control panel
The control board is consist of console frame, electro-hydraulic valve, reducing valve, compensated flow control valve, oil pressure gauge, engine instrumentation, cable accelerator, ignition locks and other components.
All control functions are centralized in the control table, that makes operation easier and improve work efficiency.
2. Rotary head
Rotary power head mounted on the drill, a rotary electro-hydraulic valve controls two hydraulic motors, enabling rotation speed and the two kinds of gearbox output torque to enable rig adapt to different working conditions.
3. Engine
Power system is diesel drive systemCummins industry-specific engine, hydraulic pump and motor provide a strong impetus for the rigs.
4. Feeding & Lifting
Drilling and lifting are supported by structure pf hydro-cylinder - chain plate, which is safe, reliable and durable.
